Victoria “Tori” R. Allen
About
Tori is a trial attorney and dedicated advocate for those who have been affected by personal injuries. She is committed to ensuring equal access to justice for her clients and creating a safer community for all.
After graduating from Illinois State University with a theatre degree, Tori decided to pursue a legal career. So she moved from a sleepy mountain town in North Carolina to Las Vegas to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, Tori participated in the Society of Advocates moot court team, the Gaming Law Journal, and the Thomas & Mack Education Advocacy Clinic, which allowed her to gain real world advocacy skills.
Tori joined Christian Morris Trial Attorneys in her second year of law school, and happily stayed on after being admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2019. Tori has had the honor of representing her clients in complex personal injury cases arising from car crashes, slip/trip and falls, and medical malpractice. She especially enjoys litigating cases against commercial trucking companies and hopes to ensure negligent motor carriers and drivers are held accountable for their actions.
In her time at the firm, Tori has worked on the trial team in a number of cases, including the 2021 Giacalone vs. Medic West Ambulance case where she helped obtain a $29,500,000 verdict to compensate for the devastating injuries suffered when EMT’s failed to provide adequate medical care to a young woman experiencing a severe allergic reaction.
When she’s not pursuing justice for her clients, Tori enjoys spending time with her friends, her family, and her dogs. She is an avid outdoorswoman and goes hiking and camping whenever she gets the chance (and as long as the Vegas heat isn’t too bad).
